i used to follow a myriad of design sites and portals back in the formative years of the first internet bubble…sites like dform, dhky, gabocorp, three.oh, blast radius, design graphik, and a slew of others that i’ve since forgotten about. id sometimes wonder what they were up to now. some design sites are still up and running, others left un-updated for years, like a time capsule of the crazier days of the internet. and then theres those like gmunk (bradley munkowitz) who went on to become the lead animated graphics artist on tron legacy. if you were watching the movie and saying to yourself, fuck, i’d rather be using encom os, yea…thats gmunk. well, his team anyway. now i need to go find my old links archive of design websites…
