anyway, if anyone has been following the kasparov-v-deep junior matches…isnt that some amazing shit? all bow before the chess master that is kasparov. ive been trying to study his moves at wired.com, and i jus fail to comprehend some of his more advanced tactics. i have a looooong way to go. as an aside, i played my friend last nite. i won…but with a manuever i had set up about 20 moves prior. i hate winning from fortunate accidents. grr. i pretty much forgot about my setup (my bishop in front of a rook lined up against his open king)…so when his queen came down my side and i attacked her with the bishop (coincidentally opening the attack line from my rook to his king), i was like…”eh? sweet!” it was over after that. such an empty win. so empty…

holy flaming arses…kasparov lost game 3. if ppl didnt kno, the 6 game match is tied now at 1.5-1.5 (second match was a draw)…and all of humanity hinges on that crazy russian’s shoulders. ok, mebbe its not as dramatic as that. but u kno, if he loses…we’re jus one step away from the matrix. yup…batteries, man. batteries.
