mmm…parched mouth, groggy brain…super. made last minute plans last nite to meet my two high school friends christine and suzie at a happy hour event in midtown. i hadnt seen either in a while, so i fig’d itd be fun. after dropping by my apt first, i took a train up to 51st and hunted down the place called k-lounge while pondering what the “k” stood for…(kool? keiser? kraftübertragung?) i met up with christine and her co-workers inside…suzie was apparently stuck somewhere between the lincoln and holland tunnel. so we started drinking and the obligatory people-watching. christines bro joe was there too…the buggers all grown up now! i last saw him when he was wee high. *sniff* suzie eventually gets there and we get another round of drinks. well, i do anyway…theyre just nursing theirs. we leave around 9:30 and grab foodage in k-town afterwards since most of us were starved by that point. mmm…mandu gook.
hmm…so its halloween. wonder what movie ill watch tonite…
how about going to see alien, director’s cut? ooohh..
