current selection | monty python in the background
i jus got the happy check from my last freelance work…woo! a few more freelance jobs and i jus might be able to finish paying off my cc debts. heres to hoping. but in the meantime, i met up with sally, anna, and annas bf sean for a little celebrating at yakiniku west after work today. i suppose it doubled as dinner too. tempura squid, spicy tuna rolls, and 3 plates of short ribs…..yummm….
as for the paycheck….to be completely honest, ive already spent a good portion of the money that i had set aside for what i generally refer to as “shits and giggles.” things categorized under “shits and giggles” have thus far included the following:
shits and giggles list
> the aforementioned light saber (u kno it rocks!)
> the aforementioned fix figuration gundam zeta plus 0017
> 3 dvds…versus, matrix reloaded, and monty python and the holy grail
and maybe tomorrow ill actually go and use the remainder of my “shits and giggles” fund for things a bit more pragmatic…like new shoes.
