this week has been my grand tour of new york city. woo. my company needed an update to our collection of nycha photos…so i spent last friday, this tuesday, and today all around new york city taking photos. last friday was up around bronx and some brooklyn…tuesday was brooklyn, manhattan, and staten island…and today was bronx again and queens. whew…basta!
today was din din with joyce. we went for italian at cafe centosette…which isnt really centosette anymore since they moved from their 107 address after kiehls took over the space. crazy kiehls. anyhoo…as we’re about to stroll in, 2 people walked up to us and handed out a flyer stating that ppl shouldnt eat here because of health violations, etc. me…ive been going to centosette since…98? im rather stubborn, so i go, “thanks…scusi,” and we trot in like it was an invitation. one goes, “you’re still gonna eat here?!” and im like, “yea, sorry dude. ill be sure to look for rat poop tho.” i had my arrabiata and i was happy.
