iron man

whew…i feel like uking. but not on my white bedsheets…mebbe in the bathroom. apparently working out after 3 years of not working out makes u queesy. i felt like doing something with myself, so other than my on/off biking excursions (my shocks are fucked at the moment) i decided to go try out the gym facilities in my apt building. its a small room next to the common lounge with weights, a gym system, and about 6 machines. it has about one of each kinda workout…not bad. i started off with my flaky stretches…they bore me. so i started with sit-ups. after about 50 i was already feeling dizzy. super. then i hit the leg presses. easy. then some weight lifting at ultra-fly-weight. all this to the pounding soundtrack of law&order. woo! if i make this into a routine, ill eventually get really……….in shape. and thats all i ask for.
