our flight was in the evening the last day in taiwan, but we didnt do much during the day anyhoo. mostly strolling around with small aunt from my dads side (the taipei capitol building, the train station district, etc)…no pics either. by that point my camera was already sitting inside my luggage. the flights not worth talking about either, because it was cramped, noisey, and was much suckage. they did show the illusionist tho…score.
but anyhoo, fun trip altogether. my dad went to the nines for this trip…all so dave could get a face full of taiwan. and its good to reconnect with the family we dont see much from america. my parents wont always be around, so my sis and i are making sure we connect with our cousins now. anyhoo, pics of the dinner from day.07 and drinkies from day.09, c/o of my cousin claire…word.
* full set of taiwan06 pics on flickr.

why are the pictures so blurred?
Patty in the last picture looks like a ghost= ” =
one of two reason*s*…either the person taking the pictures was piss drunk, or they didnt feel like using flash. ;p
one of two reason? shouldn’t that be reasons? that time in taiwan has made your engrish vewwy poor.
ok now dont be going in the direction of the spelling nazi. typos are hardly the realm of engrish.
yaay! i’m finally catching up with your taiwan trip. it just makes me want to go back. *sigh*
my aunt (not sure what number she is either) took us to danshuei last time we were there. we walked all the way to the fort from the subway station only to find out that they were closed for remodelling. bastids. we ended up touring oxford college instead. (danshuei seems to have a lot of western stuff?). i’d link some pictures, but flickr is having a massage. oh well!
did you get some stinky tofu over there? 😀
stinky tofu…shudder. ;p i am not a fan.
i definitely didnt kno there was as much western influence in dan shuei as it did. didnt even know it had an oxford college…hehe. one of my aunts lives out in dan shuei.
