yay for fun dumbo holiday parties. but ill get to that sometime later. for now, i thought id bring up this interesting link from cnn…a series of vintage photos in full color. the library of congress in washington dc is featuring an exhibit of both b&w and color photos from varying periods of time in america’s history. too often you can only see the past in black and white, and theres something about b&w that almost romanticizes it. seeing it in color brings it back into reality, which gives it that much more impact. anyhoo, i kinda wish this exhibit was coming to nyc (but its not). but check out some of the images from the cnn feature…
