ooh…late-breaking news. i actually stumbled onto this from cnet, but headed over to aicn to see if theyd picked it up too. news just broke that peter jackson and fran walsh have just been tapped to produce the upcoming halo movie. holy shit…woot! hes not directing it to be clear…but a director hasnt been named yet, so who knows? peter jackson=rock!

Halo Multiplayer=addictive as fuck.Halo storyline=uhhh..not so much.So if Jackson ends up not directing,I dont have high hopes…I think the Halo crew wanted Ridley Scott,Id much prefer that.
