im not going to try and be hypocritical and self-righteous and say that ive never perused another website to get ideas from. the very nature of design is to follow in the footsteps of the swish designs that preceded yours, and to hopefully learn and build from them. this is however the first time ive seen someone just lift my design and regurgite it. its not even design! its mirroring. for chrissakes, they lifted my blog layout…which isnt exactly the watershed for high design.
*shrug*…i suppose i should feel flattered. i hope they tweak it a little tho. the layouts a little unbalanced…

that’s pretty funny. i like the fact that they tried to even copy your use of numbers in text (navi9ation!) their layout sucks so bad though!
i hope they kno that arrow graphic was overused far before i even got to it!
and i was actually referred to the site thru my stats, tho i didnt find any specific links to m3ntal.

sure im a little flattered, but they still lifted everything! even the little superfluous arrow thingies i plopped everywhere.
if you only had their email address…
they should at least give you some credit. it’s not like they worked on any of the graphics or anything. “right-click, save as” is about as much work that they did.

not sure how stealing design works. is it easy or hard? i’ve found my photos floating around on other people’s sites. even in other people’s portfolios!!! right click. save as.
i guess its silly to steal a low res image, and have no prints to back it up. but still, what fuckers.
