woo…my first “work” photo entry. interior shot of the glass fin curtain wall of the goldman sachs tower being built in jersey city right now. i dont particularly like visiting that site because they make us wear hard hats and construction boots…which crushed my hair and i didnt have (oops…shhh…)

aaaaaahhh..pretty! the gentrification of my hometown -heart-heart-heart!
did you know that downtown jc (exchange place area) has grown 175% since 9/11? therefore pushing the former poorer p.o.c. populations out of marin blvd, to make room for hip, fresh grad yuppies?

i have mixed feelings.
i have mixed feelings too. i used to be scared of jersey city. and i still am to a certain degree, just for different reasons…(ah! khaki storm!)
