i miss the old smashing pumpkins. zwans all fine and shit, but smashing pumpkins was smashing pumpkins. september seems to be winding down already…wasnt it just my birthday the other day? seemed like a rather short summer. ive been having spurts of lethargy in between hyperactivity…so hopefully the fall will be more even-handed. on the agenda for this autunno…

Yeah – I miss the pumpkins as well. Ever go back and listen to Gish? Such a fantastic cd. Every time I listen to it I wish they had put out more music in it’s likeness.
I got to see them in a small bar – middle of Iowa – just after Siamese Dream was released, but before it got popular. That was the best live show I have ever been to. 🙂
gish? wow…that was before i even listened to music. i was a late-comer…hopped on the bandwagon that was siamese dreams. didnt think id ever say this, but i miss the 90’s.
sp really was a great show. zwan was pretty good too, but it just lacked something. it might have been a little too happy.
