and one final holy shit news bit for today. cinescape reports that john woo has optioned the movie rights to adapt nintendos metroid<\/a>. metroid<\/i> and john fucking woo\u2026how coo is that? the movie will focus on samus arans original adventures in the first game\u2026with her battle against ridley, kraid, and the mother brain. theyre planning on having the movie ready by 2006, which by my estimates\u2026isnt fast enough. i wonder who theyll get to play samus aran. technically, samus is blonde. so in regards to the prior news about charlize theron playing aeon flux<\/a>, she mightve been a better fit here, and shannyn sossamon should be aeon<\/i>. word.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
