now that we have the definition of evolution<\/i> at hand, lets move onto this fascinating article from cnn.com<\/a> about how georgia wants the word evolution<\/i> banned from its schools. but this isnt your ordinary belittling of conservative religious cretins\u2026nope, this time both sides are equally lobbing poo at the state\u2019s school superintendent, kathy cox. cox wants to ban the word in favor of \u201cbiological changes over time\u201d or whatever b\/c she feels that the word evolution<\/i> is just a \u201cbuzzword.\u201d (she was most likely doing the \u201cquotes\u201d gesture with her fingers). this is of course in lieu of its definition which fits quite nicely the scientific theory of evolu\u2026.oops\u2026biological changes over time. so obviously the not-so-conservative are doing the \u201ceh?\u201d eye. but surprisingly, so are the conservatives. \u201cSocial conservatives who prefer religious creation to be taught instead of evolution criticized the proposal as well. \u201cIf you\u2019re teaching the concept without the word, what\u2019s the point?\u201d said Rep. Bobby Franklin, a Republican. \u201cIt\u2019s stupid. It\u2019s like teaching gravity without using the word gravity.\u201d<\/i>\u201d bwahaha. not to mention \u201cbanning\u201d words in and of itself is a pretty stupid idea. it could be fun tho as absolute ruler of the planet of me, and every week or so\u2026just ban 3 words for shits and googles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
